Banana Berry Wake Up Shake
1/2 - 1 cup frozen mixed berries
1 frozen banana
1 Tablespoon peanut butter
1 Tablespoon ground flax seed
1-2 Tablespoons chocolate protein powder
1/4 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup rice milk
juice of 1/2 lime
1 cup of ice (or so)
add water to desired consistency
1 cup of ice (or so)

Put all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth.
warning: Best to drink this one with a straw. It's SO good that I've given myself many a brain freeze guzzling too fast.

I tried this with a handful or two of spinach and it worked well! Just add a bit more liquid. Thanks, Annie! This is delicious;)
